Caleb Tillman — “Dogman Caleb” — develops young working dogs and dogs with strong natural drives and character. He takes what each individual dog naturally brings to the table and shapes it into a clear, confident, capable dog while keeping that dog's individuality intact. The same individualized, performance-driven approach carries over to family dogs, building animals that are reliable in everyday life.
His work spans protection, sport, and real-world application, and he trains collaboratively alongside experienced trainers and decoys through South Bay Malinois. Outside of client work, most of his time still revolves around dogs — developing his own, training with other handlers and decoys, and studying different approaches to keep expanding through hands-on experience.
